    Descriptions of what these are:<\/p>\n

    1. Assessment –\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>First we gather information about where your body is, where the imbalances are from left to right, top to bottom, front to back, and others.\u00a0 We start to get a sense of your tightness patterns, and uneven patterns that are pulling on your spine which are making your back hurt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Program –\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Out of the Assessment, you will get a 10 minute exercise program because that\u2019s what most people will do; more than that doesn\u2019t work. After weeks and months, you taper down to once or twice weekly for maintenance.\u00a0 In 10 minutes a day, you start to change your body to an ultimate objective of weekly 10 minute maintenance to keep your body in a no-pain state.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Lifestyle Factors –\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>One of the things we do that\u2019s different is what I call lifestyle analysis, where we look at what you are doing in your life that\u2019s tending to foster the unevenness in your body that\u2019s causing your back pain. The program we give you will make your back much better, then you have these lifestyle habits that tend to keep knocking your spine out, so we need to get rid of those.
