About You and Your Back Pain

Back pain can be acute or chronic. It can be the result of an accident at work, a car accident, a fall; it might seem like it came from nowhere. Maybe you picked up the baby and turned, or lifted something heavy not quite the right way. Maybe you were bending over putting on your socks, or putting something in the oven, or taking milk out of the fridge.

It can be a little thing, or a huge event, but your back hurts just the same. Maybe you’ve given up some activities or are stiff and sore when you get out of bed in the morning.

It doesn’t have to be this way!

And many times it doesn’t take much to get out of back pain.

Do you have back pain due to:

  • Bulging disc

  • Scoliosis

  • Sciatica

  • Degenerative disc disease

  • Spinal compression

  • Spondy (Spondylolisthesis)

  • Herniated disc

  • Nerve pain

  • Stenosis

  • AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis)

Believe it or not, all these conditions have misalignment of the spine. And when the spine is more aligned, these conditions can diminish or disappear.
